I'm a creative/tech, direction/delivery hybrid, with a keen eye for talent, quality and originality. I thrive on delivering complex digital projects and products to an extremely high standard; often at a fast pace, and in fast-paced environments.

With a thorough and detailed understanding of Internet technology and usage, alongside experience with a wide range of development/deployment tools & techniques, I translate fluently at all levels between tech-speak, creative/business/strategy requirements, and friendly, plain English.

Since 1996 I've been building and making use of that knowledge and experience to create and deliver very varied Internet software, systems, sites and campaigns - both making them myself, and leading teams I've built from the front.
